Equusite Information Directory reside and are operated by those host computers and not by Equusite Information Directory.
All content on member websites exists on that website's various host computers to which Equusite Information Directory
has absolutely no control or access. This applies to all content including proprietary information or products.
Although Equusite Information Directory does examine content when adding member websites to the directory, Equusite
Information Directory cannot and does not take any responsibility for the content of member websites.
You understand that by viewing member's websites, you may be exposed to content which is offensive, indecent or
objectionable.

OR VISITORS); (iv) ANY CONTENT ON ANY MEMBER'S WEB SITE OR THE ACTIONS OR INACTIONS OF THE MEMBERS OR VISITORS,
OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE DIRECTORY.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
