I THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY ARTICLES ON FLOATING IN ANY OF THE MAGAZINES I'VE RECEIVED, EVEN BACK ISSUES. I'M A NEW HORSE OWNER AND WANT TO KNOW EVERYTHING. MY HORSE IS GETTING HIS TEETH FLOATED IN 2 WEEKS AND ALL I COULD GET FROM OTHER PEOPLE IS THAT THEY NEED IT DONE. I'D LIKE TO SEE THE INSTRUMENTS USED, AND PHOTOS OF A FLOATING BEING DONE, MAYBE A PHOTO OF EACH OF THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE LOOKED FOR IN AN EXAM.MY HORSE IS 18YRS OLD, BUT BEING NEW AT THIS, IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO ASK THE VET DOING THE FLOATING? THANKS A MILLION, SUE ABELE

Okay.. a dental exam may be between $30 and $70 ... so how much (on Average ) does a first time floating cost?
